The Dahlia Patch (Lawrence Lindstrand)

We start with pictures of a special exposition of dahlias in Yokohoma Japan. They are very large and unique flowers that show an infinite amount of loving care. The others are taken at the Botanical Garden in Bellevue, Washington. These are only a small representation of the variety of dahlias available. One website advertises the availability of over 500 different colors and types of flowers. The 28 shown here are therefore only a very small representation of what is available.

Florida Historic Sites (Richard Nickson)

The recorded history of the state of Florida is a rather short one. It doesn’t go back that far, when you consider the rest of the United States. The area is a pristine wilderness and a fabulous place for camping, relaxing, bush walking, fishing surfing and swimming.
