Free Photography Webinars

Here’s a complete listing of the free photography webinars I mentioned last week. I’m running a bit behind here, so please check these out ASAP if you’re interested as the first one starts tomorrow…

There are two each for beginner, semi-pro and professional photographers, but I’ll list them all in case there’s anything that interests you.

Looking over the notes that came with these, there’s going to be a lot of really good information from some very experienced photographers, so please check them out and register for anything that appeals. (Just click the banner to register…)

Here’s the schedule…

6. How to Avoid 5 Marketing Mistakes with Katelyn James

February 21 at 7 pm CST

Attendees will learn how to avoid these marketing mistakes:

  • Booking clients that don’t trust you and just want a deal (settling for anyone who sends you an email)
  • Spending a percentage of your profit on paid advertising instead of on your clients (falling prey to gimmicks and ineffective advertising)
  • Not depending on past clients to bring you new clients
  • Being overly professional and never personal
  • Settling for the status quo and never hitting a new price point (you need a COMMUNITY to do that)

The timing can be a bit problematic for people not in the US, but if you register, you will be sent a link to a replay that you can watch anytime… so keep that in mind.

These webinars are leading up to a fairly extensive photography-training package, so you might find there’s a bit of a pitch at the end. I’ve just received the info pack on that so I’ll check it out and post some additional information shortly.
